New to Yoga?
Here a a few things to know before taking your first class at Coolum Beach Yoga.
Arrive 15 mins early
You WILL sweat. Shorts or leggings and a sports bra/top or singlet top for women. Shorts for men.
Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle. We have suitable mats to rent at the studio for $4.
- Please don’t wear strong perfumes in the Studio
- Please no phones in the Studio
- No shoes in the Studio – please leave them in the bathroom or out front on the shoe rack
- Lockers are located in the bathroom
- Please let the teacher know if you are pregnant or have any major injuries
- Build resilience
